Pet care experience
I’ve had pets all my life. As a kid, my mom called our house w zoo because we always had so many different pets. I have had many different breeds of dogs such as Australian shepherds, Mastiffs, Chihuahuas, German Shepherds, Golden Retriever s, and mixed breeds. Pets have always been a part of my life, so joining Rover as a Per Caregiver just makes sense!

Alyssa was great! My 11 week old puppy is a lot of work and it can be annoying to take her out so often but Alyssa always took her out and helped me continue with her potty training. I got many pictures and updates throughout the day!
Alyssa is such a responsible, kind, understanding, and hardworking person! She adores her own cute dog and I can tell how passionate she is about him. Alyssa is always timely and makes sure she is available when she is going to take on any shift. I have no doubt she will learn what she needs to do and do it properly and with care. I would 10/10 recommend Alyssa as an outstanding candidate for this position and anything she qualifies for at Rover!

I have a 3 yr old chihuahua, Perla, who is super friendly, crate trained, and house broken. My main goal upon first meeting your fur baby is to create a sense of trust. Just like humans, every pet has a different personality. Along with that trust, I create a safe space for the pet to lay. This space would include a blanket, toys, and food.

I currently work full-time in a hybrid schedule. I would love to schedule doing my work from home weeks and possibly some days during my in office weeks.
