Hi, My name is Alyssa and 26 years old. I’ve lived in San Francisco, Excelsior District my whole life. I joined Rover because I do have a lot of experience at my age with animals. Since I was a young girl sneaking out my grandmas house to feed the stray cats, to finding homeless animals and bringing them in as my own to take care of them. You see, I’ve always had a nurturing side when it comes to animals. Ever since I was a young girl I knew I would always be involved in helping animals one way or another. Well skip a few years after, I joined in College to become a Vet Tech. It has been my dream job to learn and be hands on with helping animals that are completely hopeless. During that period I’ve learned administering fluids, medication for diabetic animals, drawing blood to test for diseases and run test to even Assisting in x-Rays and surgeries. But besides all that I eventually drifted to shelters because I’ve always wanted to help those who need it the most. Those who have no home , who basically have it the worse. Besides all the vet info I could bore you with, I am a caring, loving and gentle person. I am responsible, attentive and always will be looking for what’s best for your fur babies!
