I am a veterinarian technician student and looking for more experiences to put up my sleeve. + doing Rover full time as my occupation! I am extremely detailed oriented, dependable and honest when it comes to my passion. I absolutely love everything about animals and I feel that it’s my calling to take care of them and show them the unconditional love they would get from their parents here at my home. I have experience with handling all breeds and sizes of dogs. Including everything from puppies, older dogs, sick dogs, females in heat, high energy, shy/high anxiety dogs...you name it I’ve dealt with it. I am also experienced in training dogs to do the basics ( sit, stay, down, paw ) with the help of food motivation aka treats! I have a reliable transportation as well where I can provide not only a pick up & drop off service (+$20 round trip) but also anything from running errands to the grocery store, to petco/petsmart for anything the animal needs. ( free with reimbursement of anything purchased for the animal with proof of receipt) I will always put the animals and owners needs first before anything! A slobbery smile is the best kind of smile and I can’t wait to add more animals into my family! *DISCLAIMER For Boarding Services* JUNE - OCTOBER 2021: I will be briefly taking a break ONLY from boarding services due to the transition of relocating temporarily. I will be ACCEPTING all animals for boarding services beginning October 11th 2021. (Due to the circumstances of the temporary location I’ll be staying in, I am willing to explain to anyone who inquiries which services I still offer and also accepting all small animals or proper house/bathroom trained animals during the temporary break!) Thank you so much for being understanding in this temporary inconvenience! Crate/Cages: • MUST be willing to provide a crate/cage/kennel for the dog! • - ONLY if all of my personal cages are occupied; I have 4 Large size cages & 2 Small/Medium size cages available during boarding services. ~ I live in a APARTMENT (currently until October of 2021 - will be moving into a house) with carpet & thin walls on the 2nd floor. (a small flight of stairs- willing to assist/carry any dogs who may not be able to get up & down the stairs) All animals are welcomed but I do require the cage to PREVENT accidents or damage within the house and or carpeted area. I’m more than happy to help with carrying and transportation of anything if need be! * Cages are used mainly for: 1. Separation- Feeding, Transitions from different groups of dog’s, Nap/Bed Time ( if multiple dogs are boarding at the same time ), Cleaning ( vacuuming, mopping etc ), and Errands ( only if need be or to go to another service- dog walking / drop in visits {30 minutes - 1 hour max} ) Barking: - As previously mentioned I live in a apartment complex on the second floor. If your dog barks excessively when left alone ( Max up to a hour for errands or other services ) or while in the house where it causes a disturbance to others (neighbors) living in the building you must be able to provide a working shock/bark collar with the charger and or batteries with your dogs belongings at drop off. Food/Leash/Toys: • Please ensure you provide the needed components to give your dog the best care possible! ( enough food/treats for the stay, blankets/toys, and leash/harness/collar ). • However if needed I can provide: - 6 Metal Bowls. - 6 Cages (total). - 2 Collapsable/Traveling Water Bowls. - 1 Small leash/collar set & 1 Large leash/collar set (if needed or emergencies- all belongings are kept together during their stay). - Extra Poop Bags. - Blankets / Tarps. - Cold Tap Water or Cold Purified/Spring/Distilled Water ( upon request with a +$1 fee per gallon of water ). - Stuffed Animals / Rubber Toys / Balls / Frisbee Etc. - Training treats, Biscuit treats, Bones & Occasional Home Made Frozen Yogurt treats. - Basic Grooming: Shampoos/Conditioners/Waterless Shampoo/Fragrance Sprays/Combs/Brushes/Peanut Butter Toothpaste/Paw Balm/Towels/Blow Dryer/Flea&Tick Application/Eye&Face Wipes/Nail Trims Etc. (Free) { as of right now: NO HAIR CUTTING WITH HAIR CLIPPERS : Only able to provide baths & spa like treatments. } Cats/Felines: • cats please ensure you have enough litter for the litter box as I will clean the litter box everyday. * ~ Also please ensure you’re able to provide a working and durable leash for your animal as well as any needed harnesses for the body area. I do not have an extra leash nor do I have a fenced in yard, I live in a APARTMENT building with open grass/dog areas to use the restroom in. ~ ~ If your animal plays with toys at home please feel free to bring them to mine as well. Especially if your animal is a chewer you must provide chew toys or bones, anything to make the animal comfortable and manageable to control as I am not their owner to obey commands too and may cause damage being in an unfamiliar environment. ~ To prevent any inconveniences for owners/clients if the home boarding accommodations can NOT be meet, I do offer DROP IN HOME visits where I go to your house to take care of the animals for up too 30 minutes to 1 Hour for however many times needed throughout the day.
