Alyssa was nice to work with. She boarded our dogs over the Thanksgiving weekend. She offered to pick up our dogs, and bathe them and bring them to our house, which is excellent service. We ended up dropping them off at her house so they would get used to her with us there. She has a couple dogs, but they were very sweet. We are giving a 4-star rating because one of our dogs ran out the door when she was letting another out. It was a couple hours after we dropped them off, and thankfully, we had not left town yet. My husband had to drive back and help get her back. It was just a bit inconvenient. Secondly, the run-away dog got a deep cut on her upper arm, we think when she got out, which is having to heal now. Not a major deal, but enough to mention. After the run-away incident, there were no issues. She sent us a picture of the dogs the first day, which was a nice bonus. And I think she walked them every day, too.
