As an only child, dogs have always been my only siblings. I've grown up with dogs my entire life, getting my first Boxer at the age of 4! Since then my parents adopted 2 more Boxers, Nala and Jax and just recently adopted a French Bulldog, Ozzy. After college, I rescued my boy Onyx, a Terrier Mix. Jax, who was cautious and reserved, taught me the patience some dogs need as well as how to socialize them with objects they may be weary of. Nala, who was high-energy and very intelligent, taught me to know the level of exercise each dogs needs and the importance of giving them that exercise. Onyx, who is driven and protective, taught me the importance of being a confident dog handler.
