Pet care experience
I have had dogs my whole life. Worked for 6 & 1/2 years at a dog/cat boarding and daycare facility, then moved to the veterinary world. I am currently working as a certified veterinary technician at a couple local clinics. I have reoccurring clients for pet sitting which have been both overnight pet sitting, as well as checks throughout the day. I am a very hard working and reliable individual. I am also very clean and thorough with my work. I currently have a dog of my own, 3 guinea pigs, a reptile, and a fish. I have experience working with various types of pets! I am very much looking forward to meeting you and your pet!

She always goes above and beyond. I truly trust no one more with my pets. Prior to leaving, one of my cats was having a bit of an eye issue and Alyssa brought him in for an exam to make sure he didn’t have any issues. Truly amazing care.
Our 2 dogs were well taken care of and Alyssa sent us updates about their care. Our home was as we left it and she washed bedding and the towels she used for us as well! Couldn't have gone better, exceeded our expectations!

Alyssa did a fantastic job of taking care of our lil boy, Bandit. Bandit is our 17 YO pooch with some separation anxiety. Alyssa was fantastic in comforting Bandit's anxiety and making him feel more at ease. The anxiety passed in a day or two with her caring and compassionate approach. Alyssa was great about updating us on how he was doing and sent us photos on a regular basis. Alyssa stayed in our home the two weeks we were gone and although I was a bit uncertain having someone stay in our home, any uncertainty quickly passed as she shows extremely good judgement. Alyssa is very caring and responsible and I would not hesitate to have her take care of my pets again.

A typical day
I prefer to take walks on local streets or paths throught the woods. I can visit dog parks only upon ownser request/approval. I enjoy bringing my own pup to social events so if that is appropriate I am more than happy to bring your pup as well!
