Pet care experience
My parents got us our first dog when I was about six years old. Since then, I've raised and trained seven other dogs- varying in breed and temperament, and ranging in size from small (Pekingese) to very large (Rottweiler). I love the challenge and the FUN of taking care of and hanging out with dogs. In addition to being a caretaker of my pets, I taught several of them how to walk on a leash, sit, lay, stay, to potty train and I've even taught my current pup, Theodore, how to give nose kisses on the cheek! I love making new dog-friends and I would be so honored if you allowed me to care for and spend time with your pet. Hope to hear from you soon!

I've known Alyshia and her family (including her dog Teddy) for many years now. Alyshia has immense care and consideration in all aspects of her life, especially so with Teddy and other dogs. I will admit to being jealous that she always has delicious organic treats for Teddy and never for me, but that's something we're working on. Alyshia is as great of a person as she is a dog sitter... just pick her already! Geez.
I like to call Alyshia the "dog whisperer" because she is so patient and seems to understand my dog's needs without much prompting. She is the most dependable person I know, so I often ask her to watch my dog while I am away. As a fellow dog owner myself, I understand that it is important to leave your dog in the care of someone who is gentle, patient, and adaptable to your dogs needs. Alyshia is all of these and more!
I cannot imagine a more caring, loving person to care for your dogs in your absence. I have seen her with her own rescue dog, Teddy, who was abused and came to Alyshia a skittish, insecure, frightened pup and today, he is sweet and gentle and one of the best dogs I have ever met.
Whenever you first meet Alyshia, it's immediately evident her never-ending love for our four-legged friends. A dog-mom herself, she would do anything to keep your pooch safe and protected. Professional and reliable to boot - I couldn't recommend anyone higher to look after your pet.
