Alyse is prompt and attentive to my pet. When I return from my business trips, all is well in the apartment and my pet is happy.

Sitter seemed very polite and trustworthy, after not hearing from her the first night she was supposed to come I got worried. After a few messages she finally responded the next morning and the rest of the weekend went by without a hitch. After reviewing home security cameras, the sitter did neglect to come out to the first visit and that is why she did not respond to my messages or check in on the app. One of the most important visits as the dogs always go out before bed. Meaning the dogs (our less than 6 month old puppy too) ended up not being let out for 12 hours. Since you pay by the visit, this seems like a scam and I will not be using this sitter again. If you don’t have cameras to keep them honest, I don’t know if i would use anyone now you just can’t trust anything. Very disappointed.
