I have been an animal lover all my life (starting when I would play vet with my stuffed animals in preschool) and have had a dog since I was 10. I have worked in various fast-paced positions over the last decade (event, nonprofit, and communications industries) and my husband and I also have a business that now allows me to stay at home full-time, so I now have a lot more flexibility to spend time helping with furry friends! I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels and have no problem with dogs that have special needs, whether that's medicine, long walks, slow walks, or just some extra ear scratches. We have a big house and a fenced back yard. I've got a reliable car and am also happy to do things like water plants if you need help with that.
