Pet care experience
I have years of experience working with all breeds and sizes of dogs. Having worked at a training and boarding facility I am comfortable with dogs who may need specialized handling and care. They will get to stay on a large property with plenty of space for hiking, walks, and runs. I even have an agility course set up that they can practice on! If you like, your dog can even get a basic manners course while they stay with us, or when I come visit them. Learning sit, stay, crate, and go to your bed. I’m comfortable and experienced handling dogs who have physical disabilities, need medication, are elderly or very young. I’m home full-time and have very flexible availability. Just let me know your schedule and I’m sure we can work something out!

Alysa is fantastic, she is a wonderful pet and house sitter! And she's a dog trainer!! She took great care of our high-energy pittie mix pup and 3 cats, as well as taking care of the house. She took the dog (Stella) for walks and played frisbee and other games with her, and best of all, she worked with Stella on her jumping up on people and on muzzle training. It was like sending Stella to training and exercise camp while I was gone!! Alysa sent pics and videos every day to let me know how Stella was doing, and was very responsive to questions. Alysa is very neat and careful, she kept the house clean and took care of all the details I asked of her. She was also wonderfully flexible when I had to extend my trip by a couple days! I would highly recommend Alysa as a pet sitter and as a dog trainer, she is amazing!
Alysa was our dog sitter for many years. We called it going to "Camp Alysa" because our dog enjoyed staying with her so much. As we would drive up her street to drop him off, he would start bouncing around in the car in anticipation of seeing her. She walked him two or three times a day, worked on training, and generally gave him caring love and attention. Alysa was understanding when she had to administer medicine during one of his stays. Alysa also helped us learn to train our new blue heeler puppy who had a lot more energy than our previous dog, and gave clear and easy to follow guidance on how to teach him to not jump and bark.
Alyssa Is an experienced dog trainer and sitter, she loves what she does and she’s great at it. I have seen a great amount of progress in my pups behavior since Alyssa came around. If I could have her here every week working with the two of us I absolutely would! I would trust Alyssa with my dogs life and am confident in saying she would be the best person to care for anybody’s dog.
Alysa has worked with my dogs for a long time. Their is truly no one I trust more to be responsible, care for them and follow my rules. I'm a little high maintenance with how my dogs are handled since one is elderly, one is high drive and the third is a goofball, so they all have different needs and instructions and she is very diligent about following them.

A typical day
When your pup stays with me they will get to enjoy frequent trips to the park, pet stores, and even outdoor cafes! With lots of space to hike and run your dog will get plenty of activity if they are up for it. I have an agility course and lots of fun games and toys for them as well! You may find your dog comes home with a few more tricks in their repertoire, and perhaps even a new set of manners too! Only if you would like of course.
