I am a 22 year old friendly, devoted dog carer and walker. I am fully insured and DBS checked. Things I offer: -Dog walking services at flexible times -Individual dog boarding in my home -Drop in visits to let your dog out/company/food. -Pick up and drop offs. -Evening care/evening sitting I have had many experiences with dogs, from volunteering at a kennels and rescue centres to working at a groomers and of course having my own dogs including rescue dogs. I’ve worked with a variety of temperaments and breeds so am confident that I will be able to give the best care for your own 4 legged friend. I am also Dog First Aid trained which includes: 🐾 CPR 🐾 Choking 🐾 Knowledge of GDV/Bloat 🐾 Heat Stroke 🐾 Burns 🐾 Cuts and Bleeds 🐾 Bites and Stings 🐾 Seizures and fits I have looked after many dogs over the last 2 years on rover including regular walks for dogs, House sitting, boarding and even wedding chaperoning. I am based in Stanford in the vale, Faringdon but am able to drive to various locations.

Alys was amazing!
Alys looked after my elderly rescue dog (who needs regular medicine and a special diet) extremely well. He was happy and relaxed when I returned and the house was in excellent order. I would highly recommend.
Alys was a brilliant sitter and got on so well with our Labrador Jessie. We arranged a couple of extra walks and meets in the run up to our Holiday so that Jessie knew who Alys was and they bonded prior to our trip. Whilst on holiday we knew Jessie was happy at home with Alys. She also sent us some updates during our week away to keep us up to date. When we returned home the house was spotless and Jessie was a happy pup. Would 100% reccomend Alys to other pet owners!

When dogs stay with me it will be like a home from home! My house is dog and puppy safe, fully enclosed fenced garden for playing, they will get lots of love and all my attention. They will be allowed on the sofa and bed if that’s where they are most comfortable. There are many walks near my home with miles of bridal paths and fields with endless new smells!

During the meet and greet I will listen to how you and your dog work whilst asking any necessary questions. This will include feeding and walk schedule, as well as your dog’s quirks and extra needs. I am easily contactable and will be quick with my response if further questions need to be asked.
A typical day
When looking after your dog I will replicate their normal routine including walk routes and lengths as well as any play or enrichment they need. I have a car which is fully safe with seatbelt clips for dogs so they can be taken to various locations for walks.

Availability
I am currently caring for dogs full time which consists of walks, boarding and visits. My schedule is fully devoted to dogs on a weekly basis. Your dog(s) during a boarding/overnight booking will be the only ones in my home at that time. This caters for those who need a quiet stay or are nervous with other dogs.
