Pet care experience
I spent a year and a half working professionally at my local animal shelter. I was part of the team that was responsible for all the daily care (feeding,cleaning,meds,etc.) for all of our animals. We had a max capacity of 1100 animals so your pets should be no problem. Im experienced with many animals of all sizes, breeds and species. Also, I've dealt with many animals with all different backgrounds, so i will be completely understanding of your pet's different needs and personalities. I'm willing to take on any special requirements or attention your pet may need. I’m also finishing up my apprenticeship to become a trainer, so I can help you dog with any adjustments if needed. I would love to be a part of the experience of giving your pet the best life possible. I can't wait to meet you and your furry friends.

Alycia has stopped in to check on my dog multiple times now. She provides me with updates, helps with basic training when she’s there, and goes above and beyond on her visits. My pup had been not feeling well and had an accident inside. Alycia cleaned it up and cleaned up the mess my dog made chewing on stuff inside. I am so thrilled when she’s available to stop in to visit my dog (and I’m sure my dog is too)!
Alycia was a fantastic walker for our two dogs. She was punctual, followed instructions, and had great communication. In addition, she even worked with our energetic pup on his leash walking manners. Highly recommend!
Hi my name is Roscoe and you have had the pleasure of working with Alycia for a couple years. My dog Mandy is usually shy around people but she warmed up to Alycia right away. She has followed my instructions to the T and has not only taken care of Mandy but helped in her rehabilitation as a rescue. Also if your pet is having some struggles with leash walking, greetings, etc. I am more than happy to do some light training to help adjust.

I would love to know how you communicate with your pet. Do they know any commands? Also it is very helpful to know their favorite treats, toys, and spots to visit. This will help me make their experience a positive one. Lastly, do they have any dislikes? Other animals, people, cars, loud noises, etc.? If possible I would like to stay away from those things to reduce any anxiety, or atleast be prepared if we do by chance encounter that.
A typical day
I happy to do whatever makes your pet happy. Whether you have a senior dog that is content with a leisurely walk. Or an energetic puppy that would like to get his zoomies out at the local dog park.
