Pet care experience
Hello, My name is Alyssa “Aly”. I enjoy taking care of animals. Growing up I’ve always owned a dog and cat. We have a sweet dog Gipsy she gets along well with other dogs, and kids. She likes a lot of attention and belly rubs. Give me a list and I’ll make sure everything that needs to be done get’s done and I’ll make sure your dog or cat get’s the care and attention he/she needs while you are away! My schedule can be somewhat flexible however, early mornings, evenings, and weekends are the best availability I have at this time. My kids, who are ages 7 and 10, are responsible and have been taught how to properly care for and approach animals and also enjoy helping out and playing with and cuddling fur babies!
Reviews
Aly was pleasant. She sent me update and pics on my pet while she was taking care of him.
Aly took the best care of our little shy kitty! She was so thoughtful and went the extra mile to not only bring in our mail, but also play soothing music for our scared girl. I would definitely book Aly again and I strongly recommend her as a sitter for your furry friend(s)!
Aly was an amazing sitter! I would give her over 5 stars if I could. She was highly communicative and super friendly. She gave me updates on my sweet cat Salem throughout her sit so I had peace of mind while I was away.
We were so happy that Aly was available to watch our kitties again! This was longest we've been away from them for 2+ years and it was very comforting to know they were in good hands. Aly is super communicative and responded to all my messages/requests within a minute or two of me sending them! She was very adaptable - halfway through the week I asked if she could stop by earlier in the day than I had initially put in the booking and she happily agreed. She even managed to befriend our skittish little tortie. 😻

When caring for dogs in my home, we have a fenced in (privacy fence) backyard to allow for safe outdoor playtime and frequent potty breaks. Depending on the individual dogs needs we do potty breaks every 2-4hours. I allow dogs on the couch and sometimes the kids will let them jump on their beds but if you prefer they not be, then I wouldn’t allow it. Our dog is not fixed it this time she is a female.

Information Aly V. would like to know about your pet
I do have a cat but have the space to keep him separate from the dog(s) if needed. I need to know of any special needs or requests. Is the dog(s) house trained? If I need to leave or am at work during the week do I need to leave him/her in a crate, in the backyard, or to roam in the house freely? Is it ok to bathe the dog(s), If they get dirty and if time allows? if so, do you use a special shampoo? Your fur babies likes and dislikes?
A typical day
If I am boarding a dog or dogs we like to play tug, go on walks, especially by the creek or lake if the weather is acceptable and it’s ok with the dog parent. We can take to the dog park if that is allowed as well I know it’s not always the best option for all dogs, go on walks around the neighborhood or play fetch in the back yard. We also live in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks.

I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. Wednesdays seem to be my busiest day but I can always do a drop in the morning then later evening on that day.
