This was our first time using Rover and what a great experience!! Our cat, Prince, loves being around people, and has a hard time just being checked on and fed while we’re away. We decided to try to find someone who met the criteria we were looking for who was nearby where we were vacationing. From the first time I messaged Alvaro, he responded instantly, and he answered all of my questions. Both Alvaro and his mother were kind and took good care of Prince for us. He sent us photos throughout the week, and our vacation was that much more enjoyable with the peace of mind that our pet was content. Their home was clean and welcoming for Prince, and I could tell from his demeanor when we picked him up that he was happy. I would definitely have Alvaro watch Prince again for us on our next trip, and I highly recommend having him take care of your pet.

We left our 15 year old Rat Terrier with Al for five days. He was great. Our dog needed eye drops throughout each day and Al had no problem administering them. We were able to enjoy our time away with confidence that our dog was being well taken care of.
