We would like to do a meet with the dog(s) to make sure everyone gets along. We will ask about temperament. If dog is food aggressive or toy aggressive. This is not a deal breaker but its good to know. I would also like to know what the dogs parents expectations from us. We prefer smaller dogs (under 30 pounds or so) because it is easier for our dogs to get along with them and play with them. However, we do not mind larger dogs with a mellow temperament.

They will enjoy playing in my back yard and in the house. We have tons of toys to play with. All dogs are allowed to go in and out as they please. We do potty breaks as soon as they get up and after they eat to remind them to go outside to potty. We will take them for walks in our neighborhood and on the trails around our neighborhood. Lots of playing and enjoying themselves. Plenty of snack and try to abide by the rules their Momma and Poppa have for them. We allow all dogs to sleep on the furniture and plenty of open kennels and pillows. My house looks like a day care center for dogs. My husband and I love dogs.
