Pet care experience
I’m a psych major at Metropolitan state, and I am the owner of a pet pit/bully and previously a Persian cat along with many more!! I started rover because I only had so much free time as a student and working with animals has always been something I’ve connected to! I love sitting and I am always more than happy to assist when available.

Althea has been our preferred dog & house sitter since we moved back to Atlanta last October. She is truly the best and goes above beyond, including staying later when our flights our delayed, giving the boys their medicine—even When they spit it out—and being very communicative and available for last minute requests, like retrieving packages before it rains or adjusting times. Very thankful for her and hate to share her with y’all, but selfishness is a sin they say!
Althea was lovely, timely and quite effectively communicative. She took good care of my two adult standard poodles and left them tired when i returned from out of town. She was the perfect in-home sitter and left my house as if she’d never been there at all. We look forward to booking her again!
Althea was a life saver and so nice and easy to talk to! I’d 10/10 recommend. Plus she will send you the sweetest photos of you want them!

i have a very charming 10 month old Persian cat . he gets so much attention and is spoiled most of the time lol. i have a yard with a fence for him to roam around and lots of things for him to climb on and play with. When i had a dog she loved to lay outside in the sun ! i live by several parks i take him to .

anything to do with medication and their health of course . we both want your pet to be taken care of properly and to be healthy while your out so it’s best to know what’s best for them ! anything specific your dog does or does not like is handy too ! their feeding schedule, and how they interact with children and other pets .
A typical day
i love to get out everyday and go to the park naturally with and without pets so it’s never be a problem to stimulate some of that energy ! i have plenty of toys as well and i also have friends who sit pets too. we always find cool parks and cool things to do with the pets we take care of .

i recently stopped working my part time job to focus on school, which i currently do part time as well. this gives me a lot more free time and with my classes being online it allows me to move around more .
