Amazing job. All animals were well taken care of for 10 days.

I have never had a bad experience working with someone through Rover. but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I came home to my apartment smelling like feces, 4 brown stains on the carpet from dog feces, one of my dogs had a red nose, and both dogs have diarrhea. It was evident that the printed instructions and verbally explained instructions were not followed. There were scratches on the wall from my dogs probably wanting to go outside, which were not there before. My dogs are 4 and 1 and since having both they have not peed or pooped in this new apartment as they are both house trained. This was a nightmare. Also, agreed upon times for house sitting were not respected.
