Healthcare Professional + Pet Lover

Pet care experience

I grew up on 40 acres and have had pets for as long as I can remember. My family bred, raised, and trained labs. I am familiar with dogs of all kind and spent most of my adult life pet sitting for family and friends as a way to make ends meet during my undergraduate years. Dogs are some of the most important members of our families and I know how stressful it can be to leave yours with a stranger. That is why I take pet sitting very seriously. Let me show your dog the love it deserves while you’re away so you can enjoy your trip!

Ally is the best! She’s reliable and takes such good care of our puppies that we can leave without stressing about their well-being! Definitely highly recommend Ally!

Ally was the best ever! She made sure Cooper got lots of attention and cuddles and she even helped me out when I forgot to put an extra bowl out! Loved having her take care of my baby for me!

Ally was the best! She took such good care of the puppies and I think they liked her more than they like us! She was thoughtful and gave good updates and handled our picky food demands with no issues. We definitely will rebook with Ally again if we can!

Ally was amazing with my cat Mimi! I had a sitter cancel pretty short notice and she was available & ready, came by to meet her beforehand and I really appreciated her attentiveness. My cat and I are extremely bonded so it’s always stressful for me to leave her, and Ally made it so much smoother of a process for me :) highly recommend!!

Safety, trust & environment

As a fellow dog owner, I know how important the safety and well being of your dog is. Having trained dogs growing up, I’m very comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments while reading interactions. If your dog has special needs, my medical background makes me uniquely capable of meeting those needs and caring for them. I can assure you that your pupper is in loving and capable hands if left with me.

Information Ally D. would like to know about your pet

Prior to spending time with your dog, I’d love to know more about their personality or activity level. If they’re a lovable couch potato or a social butterfly, I’m happy to adjust my schedule or plan to make sure your pal is their happiest.

A typical day

I think physical and mental stimulation are so important for our pups! I’m happy to take your best furiend on a quick jog, a hike along my favorite trail, or a jaunt around the neighborhood. If fetch is more your furball’s style, we can find a park or backyard to get some tosses in. I’m also happy to work on leash manners, behavioral commands, or if you’ve got a real smarty pants on your hands, maybe a trick or two!
