Allison was amazing! I’d highly recommend her to anyone needing peace of mind with their pets while out of town. Our cat loves her and she sent lots of pictures to put our minds at ease. We will definitely be using her again and again!

Booked three appointments before leaving for a family vacation. Each visit is 3 or 4 days apart. She was ok the first time, but did complain about litter boxes being messy. The second time she showed up, complained about how dirty the litter boxes were and how my cats were hiding from/hissing at her, and left with litter boxes half cleaned(litter still scattered on the floor). I had to book another one on the same day with her so that she would actually clean my cats’ litter boxes. Soon after, she cancelled the third booking I had with her. I had to find someone else last minute. Funny thing is, the other cat sitter didn’t complain about anything, offered to do a walk-through when Allison never did, and my cats loved her. The new sitter sent me pictures of my cats rubbing their heads on her hand, while Allison told me she couldn’t get their picture’s because they were hiding and hissing among other complaints. Allison is hard to communicate with, talks with an attitude especially the second time.
