I've always been a dog lover, since my mom first snuck home a puppy without my father's permission. That dog became mine! When I first met my present pup, his foster mom urged me to "put in my [adoption] papers promptly," noting everyone that had met with him wanted him to come home with them. After my boy came to live with me, I asked foster mom why she'd chosen me for his forever-mom. "Because you immediately got down on the ground and greeted him eye to eye," she replied. Like my own boy, all my doggie guests get similar, very personal attention. Frequent walks and often outings to the park, and GOOD puppy food. I'm just not happy if they're not happy! Just ask my son. The four legged furry one!
