Hi! My name is Allison and I live in Dana Point. I love being active and am currently a student in college and an aspiring artist. Being a dog walker gives me a chance to combine all my interests together. It allows me to be active, spend time and care for animals, and have your dog be the inspiration/model for a drawing of them with your permission of coarse! I will make sure your dog has the time of his or her life and take them to the park, on a hike, around the town, or just around the neighborhood. Your furry family member will be in the best care with me as your dog-sitter! :-) In regards to my experience with dogs, I have been a dog lover and overall animal lover all my life and have owned many pets in my lifetime including fish, crabs, frogs, cats and dogs. I love caring, nurturing, and treating my own animals like family and I make sure that they are loved unconditionally 24/7. I have been a dog owner for almost 20 years and have had dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I currently have one four-legged beyond adorable maltese named Sugarbear. She goes with me everywhere, whether that is to dog beach or just running errands, were out doing everything together. Growing up with pets of all kinds has allowed me to take on responsibilities that have helped me grow as a person. It has taught me the importance of having patience, understanding, love, and of course the duties of cleaning up. A lot of these responsibilities included feeding pets, grooming, teaching tricks, and being attentive to these animals especially when they need medication or special attention. Things you can expect from me as your dog-sitter. 1. I will arrive prepared and on time. 2. I will greet your furry friend and make sure they familiarize themselves with me. 3. I will make sure that your pet will have clean and filled bowls upon each visit. 4. I will clean up messes left from your pet. 5. I will notify you of any type of irregularities in their behavior. 6. I will help with small tasks upon request if they fit within the time of my stay. 7. Lastly, after the visit or walk, I will update you with photos and a message about the session and how everything went.
