I will love them like my own!
Pet care experience
I have always been a dog lover and enjoy being around all different breeds. I consider the ones I've had over the years as, not only pets, but members of the family. I enjoy spending time with dogs and getting to know their unique personalities -quirks and all! My husband and I live in Green Hills and spent many years as the proud parents of a spunky little Yorkshire Terrier named Bentley, who passed away in 2016. We would like to get another in the near future, but currently enjoy dogsitting for our friends and family whenever we can. As a Rover sitter, I've had the opportunity make some wonderful new furry friends and adore getting to love and care for them like my own. Whether through drop-ins, walks or housesitting stays, I would love to get to know your fur baby too!
Reviews
Allison was great with Lily. I loved seeing the pictures and I knew Lily was very happy with her. Thank you Allison!
Absolutely incredible job once again! It is hard leaving your dog, but a lot easier when you know they will be in good hands. My dog always looks like he’s having a blast with Allison. He absolutely adores her, and he does not like many people. I always come home to a clean house and groomed doggo. You’re doing yourself and your dog a disservice by not having an Allison in your life. ❤️
Allison is incredible! My dog is naturally nervous around people and I can count on one hand the people he actually likes. Allison is one of those people. I knew from the minute he jumped up on her leg for pets, something he never does to strangers, they were going to be great together. She is extremely thoughtful during dog sitting and will always ask if you are comfortable before leaving your dog alone for any amount of time. I receive the cutest pictures and updates! My home is always clean and my dog brushed and happy when I get home from trips. You cannot go wrong with Allison!
Allison was great house sitting with our dog for the day! On time, easy to communicate with, and provided lots of photos and updates throughout the day. Will definitely use again for various trips.

When housesitting, it's important to me to ensure your fur baby is loved and cared for the way you would care for them. Being in the comfort of home and sticking to familiar routines can do a lot to ease separation anxiety for them. During the meet and greet and prior to stays, I generally encourage clients to share as much as possible about those usual day-to-day activities so I can adhere to their routines as much as possible. I also like to send updates/pics throughout the day (as little or often as you prefer), so you'll know your fur baby is not only safe and healthy, but also getting lots and lots of love and attention!
Information Allison M. would like to know about your pet
I know sticking to a routine as much as possible can help ease separation anxieties for both the dog and the owner. So, I'm always happy to do everything I can to adhere to their familiar routines. Whether it's paying attention to feeding/walking schedules or just making sure they have their favorite toys close by. Do they get nervous during thunderstorms? Or like being scratched behind their ears? These are all things I love to know so I can keep them as happy and comfortable as possible during my stay!
A typical day
When housesitting, I'm available to: -Stay full time with your pup(s), including overnights and throughout the day. *I may periodically have other drop-in/walk appointments scheduled during the day that require me to be out of the house (usually no longer than 1-2hrs at a time, but will always confirm those details with you ahead of time). -Feed, walk (give meds or any other care activities) according to their current routine and schedule. -Keep up with basic household needs such as taking trash out, bringing in mail, watering plants, etc. -Give lots of love and attention! Whether it's playing, snuggling or just hanging out - making sure they feel safe, happy and loved until you get home:)
