Pet care experience
I've been a dog, cat, and animal lover my whole life! I grew up with dogs and cats, of varying personalities and training levels. I'm gentle and patient with little/old animals, but also have experience with large, energetic dogs with behavioral particularities. I am also happy to enforce any training practices. Once I understand the animal's personality, I can love it the way it needs to be until the owner returns.

Allison is the best! She has watched our dog Otis several times and is consistently so accommodating, especially this last time when our dog had an upset stomach all night long. We appreciate her and know he is always in good hands!
Allison is amazing! Diesel was having some health issues before my trip and Allison was communicative and helpful in assuaging my anxiety about leaving him. She sent regular updates and photos and Diesel seemed happy and cozy with her. I couldn’t have handled my trip without knowing he was in such good hands.
We couldn’t be happier to have found Allison! Our pup Zola is reactive and takes time to warm up to new people, but she took her in with open arms. She sent great updates/pics, and prioritized Zola’s comfort. Taking care of an anxious dog takes a lot of effort, and Allison was a perfect fit for the job. Allison was the perfect sitter for our dog Trudy. Trudy is old, on a lot of meds, and doesn’t like other dogs. Allison thoughtfully offered a meet and greet before booking and was clearly prepared for hosting a dog like Trudy. Right before we dropped Trudy off, she had a medical issue that required going to the vet the next day. Allison took Trudy to the vet, communicated with us the entire time, gave her medicine, and provided great care for her the whole time. We would definitely trust Allison to take care of Trudy or any other dog in the future.

I live in Lower Queen Anne, convenient to many Seattle neighborhoods. If staying in a client's home I can follow daily care specifications and rules for the pet(s), and live respectfully in the home. I may need to leave the home for meetings/errands but will make sure the nature of my schedule is clear with the home owner. I commit to leaving the home in the same condition I came into it. For boarding, I have a dog-friendly condo across the street from Kinnear Park, a woodsy park great for walking/sniffing and also includes a dog park ideal for socialization/ball throwing. I do not have any personal pets currently, so your pet will be the apple of my eye during their stay! Pets have full access to my unit's main areas, and can be taken out regularly as needed/desired. If allowed by the pet owners, they are allowed to sit on my big couch with me as well! Please provide their regular food/treats so there are no dietary surprises. I am happy to reinforce any training daily.

I live close to several parks in Queen Anne. Whether its running up the hill to Kerry Park, a fast-paced or leisurely stroll in Kinnear Park (where there is also a dog park), even down to Myrtle Edwards for a Puget Sound trail adventure - your pup will get the exercise it needs.

I am available most days in the early morning, early afternoon (lunch hour), and after 4pm. I also WFH several days a week and stay local most weekends.
