Pet care experience
I am an avid dog lover and furbaby caretaker for 15+ years. I have extensive experience with puppies as well as senior furbabies. I have cared for furbabies personally, professionally and for family members for the past 10 plus years. I love being able to meet and care for other people's furbabies, and give them cuddles! I have a very flexible schedule. I am home most of the day and have the ability to give your dog around the clock care and lots of one on one attention. I love to make all my guests as comfortable as possible! Please bring their beds/and or blankets for their stay. I have several crates of different sizes, for night time use and when I am not at home. I provide stainless steel bowls that I keep sanitized.
Reviews
She was awesome and will be a continued book. Cub absolutely loved her and I felt safe with him being there especially his first time.
My puppy always smells great when I pick him up and he loves being with other dogs his size!
Love booking with Allison!!! She is super duper accommodating
Allison was great! She gave multiple updates each day, which helped put my mind at ease. She truly cared for my Koko girl while I was away and I could not be more appreciative! Would definitely book again. Thank you for everything, Allison! 😊

Information Allison L. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know if your fur baby has any special needs, such as diet, separation anxiety or any health issues. Also, if you are able to give their usual schedule for walking and feeding that is helpful, I want to adhere to their schedule as much as possible. Please read these FAQs for additional information. 1. What is your play/sleep arrangements? I use iris pins to separate all the fur babies whenever they eat and sleep. This ensures that they don’t eat other food and that nobody gets an upset tummy. When not eating, they are allowed to play on the furniture and run around as they would like. When I step away, I put them back in the iris pen. I give them toys, so they feel comfortable. 2. What if my fur baby does not get along with other fur babies? That isn’t a problem, I keep them separated by using an iris pen and allow them to have separate play time. 3. Do you use crates? Only upon request. Some parents have their fur babies crate trained and prefer they are in a crate when I step away and nighttime. 4. What are your sanitization practices? I use the state required sanitization procedures. I sanitize all areas twice daily. Once in the morning and once in the evening using Vital oxide, which is human and fur baby friendly. I also sanitize all stainless-steel food/water bowls, twice daily. 5. What do I need to bring for boarding: Food, treats, special toys, blanket, or something from home, to remind them of their “home smell” for comfort. I have stainless steel bowls for food and water. 6. Does my fur baby have to be house trained? No, I will work with them as much as possible to assist with training, such as frequent walks, reinforcing positive behavior and whatever the pet parent suggests is best for training their fur baby. 7. Do you take unaltered fur babies? Yes, I take male and female fur babies that are unaltered. Please notify me before her stay, if your female fur baby is in heat and pack her diapers, please. 8. Do you allow tours or in home meet and greets? For the safety of all fur babies that I care for, I don’t allow anyone inside our personal home. All requested meet and greets are held at PetSmart. Please reference my reviews for the quality of care I provide and understand that I do curbside cuddles only. All reviews are based on this level of service, and none of my fur baby parents have entered my personal residence. I send pictures of all fur babies within the first hours once they are settled to provide peace of mind. Ongoing updates are sent twice daily, once in the morning with pictures to let you know how your fur baby rested and, in the evening, to update you on how their day went.
A typical day
I take the fur babies on a morning walk upon waking and then feed them breakfast. For high energy fur babies, they are given a longer walk. After breakfast, they have supervised playtime indoors. I always find time during the day to give them some "down time" for them to relax and nap or play quietly alone if they aren't sleepy. I walk them every 3-4 hours to make sure they don't have any accidents and they are comfortable. In the evening I feed them dinner and walk them again after dinner and right before bedtime.
