Pet care experience
Let me start off by saying that I am a full time pet care professional. I was raised with animals from bunnies, cats, dogs and horses. Growing up we had foster cats and dogs we took care of on a regular basis, I volunteered for a local nonprofit for foster animals and started a local major fundraiser event for the American Cancer Society called Bark For Life. I learned quickly that our family dogs were always considered our siblings, and today I carry that unconditional love for our family pets as well as your loved ones. The pets that I get to sit for instantly become like family. I have administered eye medication/drops, performed ear cleanings and given ear drops, even administered IV fluids as well as other medications. I also have experience in obedience training and various behavioral challenges. No dog, (or cat!) is too challenging for me. Receiving clear directions on how you would like me to respond to certain behaviors if they happen, any obiedience commands or any other directions are welcomed to make sure I keep your baby on the right track is always appreciated. Making sure you can relax and not worry about your pets while you are away is a top priority for me along with being respectful of your home, and doing what is asked of me in following your directions and requests, and of course the safety of your animals. I am as transparent as I can get and am available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns. 🐾 If you would like for me to spend extra time with your pets or needing 24 hour care please reach out to discuss your needs and costs for those requests. Following your directions on what your expectations are around caring for your fur babies is important to me and staying with regular routines can be helpful for anxious pups. I enjoy walking and taking adventures, I can bring them in car rides to new places or we can be home bodies and stay around the neighborhood🐾, its up to you and what you communicate with me.

I would like to know what a typical day is like for your pup and their daily routine. Allergies to any foods or restrictions on food/treats? Should they socialize or would rather not have them around other people/animals? If they can be off-leash or if they should kept on leash at all times, and if you would like me to help with basic training commands when with them. In order to best fulfill your needs/requests and to not turn any pup away I am able to be flexible with my time and energy for an additional cost. Potential Additional Costs if your pup: - is over a year, but still has puppy energy/extremely high energy - cannot be left alone at all during a 24 hour period while boarding/house sitting - pees when excited/scared (applicable to doggy daycare/boarding only) - has more than regular challenging behaviors/doesn't listen at all/gets into things they shouldn't/biting/aggressive towards people or other animals (all are still welcome, I just need to be prepared??) -stays at Doggy DayCare for more than 8 hours (available for half days at a reduced rate)

A typical day for the pets I watch is totally up to you as the pet parent and what you would like, a typical day for one family can be very different for another. We are either exploring new parks, nature areas, meeting new people/dogs (or staying away), going to the river or park OR simply hanging out at home if that's most comfortable for you and your pups. Simple walks around the neighbors or playing in the back yard. I am mindful if you do not want your pup off leash anywhere, and if they still like lots of exercise, we can take many strides around the neighborhoods.

I am a fulltime pet care professional,this means that I can be totally flexible and accommodating to your pups lifestyle. My open schedule allows me to support your family however you need including multiple drop ins or walks each day, or even providing 24 hour care if needed.
