I can't remember a time I wasn't living with a dog in the house. Being around dogs is an everyday thing for me, and I'm grateful for that! I've helped raise dogs from birth, welcomed them into my home from a shelter at a middle age, and even assisted older dogs with their slower lifestyles. I have volunteered at the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, so I'm not afraid to do whatever it takes to ensure an animals comfort! I also work at a very dog friendly hotel so I can promise a luxury experience. 😊

Allison is a phenomenal dog sitter! She has watched our pup on multiple occasions, sometimes while house sitting! I’d trust her with my child, but so far we only have a dog. She is very punctual and has great communication skills! Our doggo loves her and I’m sure yours will too!
I have had Allison dog sit for me In the past when I went to my National Guard drills one weekend a month. She is very reliable and caring and has always cleaned up after my two dogs and has very caused any problems. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs their animals taken care of.

Unfortunately, I live in an apartment, so I am unable to host dogs into my own home. But, I have a reliable car that will allow me to meet dogs where they live and walk them where they and their owner are comfortable. I also am willing to take dogs to great dog parks, city parks with trails and walkways, and anywhere else the owner would allow the dog to explore!

Any breed or size makes me happy! I would like to know the dog's basic personality and how they interact with other animals so I can keep them comfortable if we ever run in to other animals along the way.
A typical day
Apart from your neighborhood, I'm looking forward to taking your pets to any park or trails around town that allow them the opportunity to explore new places! I love to hike, so I'm willing to travel to places that are more than just a concrete sidewalk!

Availability
I am currently a full time student at Missouri State University and am involved in a few extra curricular activities. I'm extremely flexible with availability, with mostly open evenings, very open weekends, and gaps between classes during weekdays that can be filled. For dog sitting, weekends would work best for me. For dog walking, certain times throughout the entire week are available!
