Pet care experience
I am a nurturing and caring pre-vet student who has always been passionate about animals, especially dogs. I know an embarrassing amount of information about dog breeds - I gave a powerpoint presentation to my parents on my top choices and attended *many* dog shows before getting my first pooch of my own. Not only do I love dogs, I spent last year thru-hiking across all of Spain and New Zealand so I feel comfortable seriously walking all day long. I am a runner and would be willing to take your dog on up to a two hour run (only up to it once, I can't run all day!) I naturally love pets and would love to help take care of yours! Although I hope it to never be the case, I feel comfortable dealing with both animals and people in emergency situations. I am not only certified in dog First Aid and CPR, I am in adult/infant First Aid and CPR as well. I am able to work with dogs in all conditions, ranging from those with intensely high energy to seniors that need some extra assistance.

Although I personally have always had terriers, I love all dog breeds and feel comfortable with dogs of all types. If a dog ever is aggressive, I would like to know their triggers beforehand. Of course, I would like to know if your dog has any medical conditions that I should be aware of, but also would like to know little things, like if they have a favorite toy to sleep with.
A typical day
I love walking and will spend as much of our time outside as possible. While your dog might be disappointed in my pitch, I am always up for long games of catch!
