I have been dog sitting for friends since high school! I love dogs and while in school at Appalachian State University I volunteered at the Watauga Humane Society. While at the Humane Society I was part of Diamonds in the Ruff, SNIPS, and the hiking club. In Diamonds in the Ruff we train shelter dogs in our program to fine tune behavioral issues that they may have. For example, dogs who pull on leashes while walking we would transform them into calm leash walkers. SNIPS was a program that raised funds for reduced pricing spay/neuter by making crafts and selling them at community events. I love being around all kinds of animals! I currently do not own a pet of my own but hope to one day. For now I love on all of the pets around me! I work remotely so I can be flexible throughout the day! I can work from your home and spend as much time with your pet or work around my schedule to visit your pet multiple times a day. I create my own schedule which makes it easy to work with yours! My roommate currently has a dog and I take him on walks throughout the day and feed him dinner. I watch him when she is out of town as well. If your dog likes other dogs, then we can have them play together. If I visit your home, I will hang out with your pet and play with them as long as you’d like me to. I will also take them on walks as well as anything else you might want me to do for them.
