Pet care experience
I have worked with several different types, sizes, and personalities of dogs. I also have experience with older dogs and being sensitive to their needs as they age. Providing a calm and reasurring presence to my canine friends, whether they are excited to see me or feeling a little stressed with their owner gone. I try to give my animal companions the best quality of life possible for them. I really love what I do.

Allison is the BEST pet sitter ever. I have had many over the years. She loves to sit with my Tessa and just shower love on her. She is also really good at getting my animals to take their medications. I have a geriatric dog who has laser treatments for arthritis and needs to take about 18 pills a day and somehow Allison manages to find all the ones that my dog thinks she has hidden after she "pretends" to take them. I have Allison sleep over at my house when I am away for business as well. One time I was in the hospital for a stay that was supposed to be 3 days that ended up being 12. Allison made sure that my dog was taken care of even though I didn't have it scheduled with her and I know she was busy at the time. We also have a very fussy cat who makes a mess when she feels neglected. She has never once retaliated against us upon our returns from vacations when Allison is on the job. I trust her inherently with my animals.

A typical day
I love to go on walks with dogs and to explore the neighborhood with them. Depending on their temperment I know some are big fetchers while others just want a lap to sit on. I try to go with what they need most.

I currently work part time so I am able to give lots of time spending with furry friends. Animal care has become part of my daily routine and I couldn't imagine life with out it.
