Pet care experience
I am a full time pediatric RN working 3 nights a week in the Longmont area. I grew up on a farm with 4 dogs, 3 cats, fish, chickens, horses and steers and I loved every one of them! I miss my animals and I'm looking forward to watching yours. I love pets and spending time with them, playing with them, etc. I have also worked at two dog kennels, totaling 5 years. I love to bring dogs with me on car rides, hikes, walks, or jogs around the neighborhood. I provide great, reliable and flexible care. *I can no longer host pets in my own house as our new pup can be aggressive when spooked. For her safety and your pet's, I will only be pet-sitting in your house!*

Alison is fantastic! She did drop in visits for our cat while we were out of town and went above and beyond. She sent photos/video of our cat, collected our mail and left everything neat and tidy. Communication was excellent. We look forward to having Alison look after our pets again.
Allison was an excellent communicator while coordinating our pup's day care and was absolutely flexible to help us with our out-of-towner schedule, and was wonderfully attentive to our pup during his stay. Great first experience using Rover - I would recommend Allison for anyone looking for a caring dogsitter!!
Allison did a wonderful job housesitting with our pets (1 puppy and 2 cats) for the week. She returned texts quickly when we inquired about how things were going and didn't seem to have any problems. She took the dog to the dog park just before we got home and it had just been mowed. The dog had green paws when we returned which we found to be funny, but she apologized for. Allison wrote a nice long note when she left summarizing how everyone did and what they did while we were gone. I'm not sure if Allison or the puppy had more fun!

A typical day
We love to hike around the coal creek area, from Golden to Boulder. I love to snowshoe and if your dog is up for it, it's so fun to bring a pup along (if they have snow booties or paw wax to protect their feet). And a lake day is always a good dog day!
