I absolutely adore animals and have been around dogs my entire life! When I was very little, my family began breeding our Brittany Spaniels [named Lady & Tramp, of course] and we created a lineage of the most incredible, caring, intelligent, family-oriented dogs. I gained an immense amount of knowledge and experience throughout that journey, as I was very hands-on with all of the puppies! Since I got involved with dogs at a very young age, I have a lot of experience dealing with different kinds of temperaments, ages, and breed types - I am able to take care of a newborn, a puppy that is extremely energetic, as well as older dogs who may be less social. I am used to Brittany Spaniels (and Beagles) especially, but have had encounters with numerous types of breeds and none of them scare me away! No matter how big, small, loud, or antisocial they may be - I adore them all! As a breeder, we take the extra mile to make sure our dogs go to good homes where they'll be well-taken care of, and that is exactly the type of mentality I hope to emulate as a dog sitter. I want to make your dog (or other pet) as comfortable as possible, and I will meet each and every need it has no matter what or when that is. It is my responsibility to tend to what the dog wants while I am taking care of it, and my only hope is that it is happy by the time I leave. (Or sad because it's gonna miss me - so then you’ll have to bring them back! ☺️😉) More than likely though, I will be the sad one and miss them the most!!
