Pet care experience
Hi! I'm a 30-year-old Ph.D. student at the University of South Carolina. I have a very flexible schedule and can often work from home. My dogs and I LOVE to exercise and go out in nature! We also love car trips, squeaky toy fetch, and exhausted cuddling at the end of the play-day! Before I went back to graduate school, I worked at a nonprofit rescue shelter as a volunteer coordinator. I developed a volunteer effort modeled after Big Brother/Big Sister, where volunteers were match-made with dogs who needed help learning commands, tricks, and social skills. I have fostered many special needs dogs over the year, including those with illnesses and injuries. I love all breeds, sizes, and ages of dogs, but I do have a soft spot for seniors who need a little extra love! I'd love to help you keep your dog healthy, active, and happy.

Alli is one of the biggest animal lovers that I have ever met! So much so that I actually hired her to work for me at a local non-profit animal shelter. A typical day
Columbia has so many awesome parks and riverfront sites that your dog will never get bored! I can adapt to any dog's personality, so a day spent with your dog could mean walking, jogging, running, or sitting still and breathing in the fresh air; playing fetch and tug-of-war; going for fun car rides (with the windows rolled down, of course!); getting that very necessary bath or grooming; or for less energetic animals, simply an afternoon of belly rubs and behind-the-ear scratches!
