We watch friends pets often during holidays or vacations. We are very good with animals and the routines they need when away from home. When living with roommates I helped raise their new puppy for the first three years, taking a lead in training her, assisting with potty training and helping extinct negative behaviors. We recently adopted a pet dog from the shelter. Her name is Zelda, she is a Siberian husky mix. They estimated her age around two. She loves to play with other dogs, she is full of play energy. My husband works from home and I work in a school setting so we have weekday and weekend availability! My husband has the flexibility to let the dog out in our fenced in backyard throughout the day. I am home no later than 4 pm so I am able to take the dog on a walk in our nice neighborhood. We also live in walking distance of a dog park if your dog does well in those settings. We have a nice sized home with a fully fenced in backyard. My husband is one of the biggest dog lovers I have met, he provides excellent care throughout the day and I return home to give the dog even more attention! We live near a dog park and have sidewalks in our neighborhood for great strolls. We have plenty of space to accommodate a crate if that brings your dog comfort when away from home. We are both currently home. My husband works from home on a daily basis and I am at home doing chores around the house or hanging out. Your dog is guaranteed to have some company! We have a fully fenced in yard, nice walking neighborhood and a dog park very close by. Our dog Zelda is playful outside and allows for new dogs to smell her prior to jumping into play when meeting. She is quite calm inside most days sleeping her days away.
