I have pet sat for family and friends for most my life, both visiting other peoples' homes and taking pets into my own home. I have had pets of all types, and I love spending as much time with animals as I can -- so much so that I graduated with a degree in Wildlife, and am now in vet school! I worked as a kennel attendant for a year at a small animal hospital, where my job was to care for the needs of all of our boarded animals, from walking and feeding them to giving them medication. I am comfortable with animals of all sizes, and I am enthusiastic about meeting individual dogs' needs, whether they'd prefer to cuddle on the couch or go for a run. I have two cats of my own at home, Coco and Princess. They’ve lived with dogs before and are comfortable with them, as long as the dog is comfortable around cats! As a student my schedule is somewhat erratic, so I am rarely home all day, but I am able to come home throughout the day and provide regular walks and love to your animals :) I’m also happy to look after any other animals — birds, reptiles, rodents, you name it! Just ask and we’ll work out a fair rate based on your critter’s needs.
