Hi! I have had pets my whole life, including dogs and cats (sometimes multiple at once!) I have been a caregiver through Wag! since March 2018 and have been a dog-sitter and house-sitter for many years prior. I volunteered and fostered animals through my local humane society. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and abilities. I also have experience handling dogs with medical conditions like seizures and anxiety, and can administer medications when necessary. I have experience walking dogs, boarding dogs, and staying with dogs in their homes overnight. I promise to take care of your pet as if he/she is my own! I will provide lots of love and attention while also keeping your pet safe. I am open to one time jobs or recurring clients. I can't wait to meet your pet!

Allie was amazing!!!! She did everything we could have asked for an more. The pups loved her and she was very communicative if there were any issues. She might possibly be the perfect dog sitter.
Allie was incredibly professional taking care of Titan and very responsive. We were lucky we caught her last minute!
Roscoe loved hanging out with Allie while I was away.

I promise to provide walks that are safe, fun, and catered to your pet's specific needs. I have been walking dogs since 2018, and sitting for many years prior. Your pet's safety and happiness will be my #1 priority. I like to hear about your pets habits/likes/dislikes ahead of time, so I can make sure I'm delivering individualized care. For example, if your dog doesn't get along with other dogs, I will ensure we stay away from other pets. If your dog has a medical condition and can't walk far, I promise to only go as far as they will tolerate. If your dog is very energetic, we will go for a longer walk and perhaps walk at a faster pace.

Do they try to run outside whenever the door is opened? Are they motivated by treats, attention, or both? Do they love butt scratches? Are they scared of loud noises? Do they tend to pull on the leash? The more information you provide, the more specialized care I can provide!
A typical day
I live in a neighborhood with plenty of safe, walkable streets. I have a non-fenced backyard and plenty of space indoors. Pets are allowed in any room of the house and I do not have any pets of my own at this time. If your dog doesn't mind car rides, I can take your dog for longer, scenic walks.
