Pet care experience
Hi and welcome to my profile :) While I’m new to rover, I’m certainly not new to caring for animals. I genuinely enjoy caring for animals, which is why I signed up to do this! Please rest assured that I will provide both safe and high-quality care. I am proficient in all basic care like walking, feeding, bathing and administering medications of any kind (I’m a human nurse)! I am also able to provide specialty care if needed. Please feel free to message me if you have any specific questions about my experience/qualifications.

Allie is a dog person if I’ve ever met one! I trust her with my boy, Joe, like I trust myself. She snuggles up to him, gets him yummy treats, and takes him on walk and out to play. I’m convinced he likes her more than me (lol).

Regarding boarding, I live with my fiancé (who loves animals too) in a large, 1st floor apartment, with a fenced porch. I live right next to a fenced dog park and pond, where I take my dog daily. I have the two animals listed above in home. Sadie is a playful puppy and Marlie is a sweet, 3 year old, spayed, female, Labrador retriever. Both of my pups are UTD on vaccinations & take trifexus for further prevention. They’re great with dogs who are friendly but are not respectful enough to cats for me to offer that service. I have a large crate in storage that I can use if your dog requires one. Marlie is crate trained but stays out and sleeps with her humans. You know your animal best, so I will follow your instructions carefully. Please rest assured that your pets safety is my highest priority. I pride myself on being respectful of others pets and homes because I would expect the same respect in your position.

A typical day
I love to play with animals! While I am watching your dog or cat we will play with their favorite toys and I’ll make sure they get out all their zoomies. Personally I love taking my dog to the dog park everyday! If this is something you would not be comfortable with, I will absolutely stay within the neighborhood. I love to take my friends dog and my dog to the beach so they can play in the water! Where I take your dog all depends on what you recommend and prefer. Prior to meeting your animal, we will come up with a plan that makes us both happy!

Availability
I recently graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I work 3 shifts a week at the hospital, so I’m typically available 4/7 days a week. On the days I work, I get off around 7:15 pm so I am able to do drop in’s around 7:30-8 pm. Trusting someone in your home and with your pets is a huge ask so here’s a little about me. I’m 23 years and have two dogs, Sadie, who is a yellow lab puppy and Marlie, who is a 3 year old chocolate lab. In my free time, I enjoy taking them to the beach, dog park, and to play with their friends!
