Alli is a thoughtful, empathetic, and loving person inside and outside of work. We work together as gardeners, through which we interact with clients’ dogs on a daily basis. Alli knows how to approach new dogs and handle all kinds of behaviors. Most importantly, Alli truly loves dogs - she lights up whenever she gets to interact with them. Alli is a devoted pet owner herself and gives her animals as much love and attention as she does the gardens we care for.

Alli is one of the most caring and empathetic people I know. I think she may be part dog too. She knows how to read a dog's body language quite well and has the rare ability to calm down a dog who gets anxious and barky around other dogs. Her calming presence soothes both K9 and pet parents.
