Pet care experience
Newly retired couple that loves dogs and cats and will take excellent care of your special pet and your home while you are away. We have been involved in animal rescue in our home for over 15 years. We do this as a couple. We are in our mid 60's and are recently retired. We both have graduate college degrees. I was a high school biology teacher and he is a finance and business professional that just retired in December 2018 We spend winters in the Orlando area (with a couple of Los Angeles trips) and summers in Rochester New York. We have a 6 year old Yorkie Terrier (1/4 Poodle) and two cats but they stay home. We have a 25 year old daughter that lives in Irvine California so we could do some pet sitting near her on occasional visits.

Al and Laurie did a wonderful job taking care of our girls, Atlanta and Dallas. We felt our girls were safe, respected and loved. We so appreciated all the daily photos and updates. We also felt comfortable our home was being cared for and the house was clean and orderly when we returned. We highly recommend Al and Laurie and look forward to future bookings with them.
I know my dogs (and home) were lovingly cared for. I will use this delightful couple again when the next opportunity arises. I got daily messages and pictures and arrived to a cleaner home than the one I left. Thank you Allen and Laurie and river!
This is the second time Allen and Laurie stayed at my house to take care of my dogs and I literally can’t say enough good things about them. What an awesome couple! They always give so much love to my pups, are so attentive and caring, took them for multiple walks daily and also took great care of my house. I know that whenever Allen and Laurie are sitting my dogs I can relax and enjoy my vacation because I trust them 100% with the care of my pups and my house.
Allen and Laurie are amazing! They watched our dogs while we went on a week long cruise and sent us updates the whole time! (Even though we couldn’t view them until we got back to port, which we greatly appreciated!) We have two dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments and they were incredible with them! Their fur baby Riley is so cute and they are sweet, attentive, and wonderful house guests and pet sitters. We’ll definitely be booking them in the future, and we highly recommend booking them as well!
