I do not usually leave bad reviews but our dog was left without his medication/food/potty break because she did not show up. We paid for two days of service (which we will hopefully get back) and she only showed up for one day. When we talked everything seemed fine but when we went on vacation I found myself dealing with an unreliable sitter at the expense of our dog’s health. We had to worry about our dog instead of knowing that he was taken care of. The first visit, I got a message saying that she had gone to our house and the people there said there was no dog there and she canceled the session. I messaged back confused (we are the only people that live in or home so there shouldnt be anyone there) and I checked if the address I gave her was correct and it was. She ended up going to the wrong house though and instead of talking to us canceled the visit. After asking her if she could please visit the correct place because we had paid, she said okay. At least our dog was fed and given his medication I thought. Then the next morning, I received no messages, so at 9am I messaged asking if she had come to our home and she replied “I have work at 6”. I was confused and upset at this point. When we had first messaged her I asked if she could do both days to which she replied “yes” and she mentioned that she works at 6 however failed to mention that she has another job or that she would not be visiting before her job or that should would not be able to do that day at all. I was just supposed to assume she had a second job (as I don’t know her personally) and she was not coming before it even. When I replied saying I was not aware she had a second job and if we could work something out she started to argue with me. Realizing she wasn’t going to come, I simply said “I would not like to argue, I just want a refund, thank you.” She replied with, “I gave it back”, no sorry no nothing. So hopefully we will get refunded but we still had to scramble to find someone else to make sure our dog was not left without his medicine and food. This was honestly awful service and I would not recommend booking this person if you want your animals in safe hands.

She has this huge passion for animals and I trust her with all my pets. She will constantly contact you about your pet and who doesn't want to know that their fur baby is ok? I recommend her to others.
