Hi! My name is Alizabeth, I'm 26 years old; However, I have been raised around dogs and cats my entire life. Growing up with an aunt who fostered over hundreds of Chinese Shar-Peis, Xolo's, Chinese Crested's, and even Great Danes, I have experience with every size of dog, even the naked ones! (: At 9 years old I would travel with my aunt to go to dog shows and I even participated in one! I have volunteered at CenturyLink/WaMu for the dog show in March. (Putting up booths, interacting with many dogs and their owners, etc.) I am just recently recovering from a L4/L5 discectomy and so, super active dogs will not be a good fit as of now. When I return to work, I will be working 4-10s, overnights and so stays during the week will not work out unfortunately. Why I love dog sitting Again, I've been a dog and cat lover all my life. My grandparents, aunt, and parents have surrounded me with loving animals and I couldn't be any happier. My first "pet" was my grandparent's terrier mix. His name was Dinkers and he lived to be 19. He was one of the best dogs ever. My grandmother then rescued Daisy, a Pomeranian mix. And five years later, rescued a puppy mill dog which was also another Pomeranian. My parents have been cat lovers and our most recent boy lived til he was 15. We had to put him down in October. My baby, Delilah just turned six! I spoil her to no end - she's literally the love of my life! My experience administering medication If they are in a pill pocket, of course. I am kind of weary giving dogs drops or shots... But if you show me a procedure of how it's done I'm sure I will get it and administer it to the best of my ability.
