I have owned a dog since I was 10 years old. Back at my parents, we had a Sheltie who unfortunately passed at 16 about 2 years ago. We adopted her at about 8 weeks old. My husband and I currently have a 4 year old jack russel/german Shepard mix named Torvi. She is high energetic but also loves to just hang out with you. We also have 2 cats, Odin and Lagertha, who tolerate other dogs but they usually keep to themselves. We do have a 3 year old little girl who absolutely loves dogs. She will try to chase around your pup and occasionally steals and runs away with their ball, getting them to chase her. I always make time to play with them, take for walks, and to cuddle with. A dog is not just a pet to me, they're family. That is how I will treat your dog, like family.
