Pet care experience
There really hasn't been a time in my life where animals haven't been a daily part of my life, I grew up being the main house lover of cats, dogs and turtles. I currently have a dog and a cat myself and keeping my animals happy is a daily priority. I also watch cats and dogs for friends all the time and sometimes foster dogs for a local rescue. I very much understand the wide range of personalities and preferences dogs can have and love giving attention to each animal I take care of. I am reliable, responsible, and place a high value on excellent, professional customer service. I understand how hard it can be to be away from your pet and I can promise your dog is in responsible hands.

When staying at your place I like to do whatever the dog likes to normally do. I'm happy to entertain and play games or just cuddle up. I'm not offering boarding at this time as I have in the past.

I'd like to know what your personal expectations are for this booking to make sure you have a great experience and trust your animal is well taken care of. All dogs have quirks or triggers (don't we all?) so let me know what they are so I can make sure they're happy.
A typical day
I love walking around anywhere Portland, going to dog parks, or just on the street. If you and your dog are cool with it I can also take dogs to 1000 Acres Dog Park for off-leash hiking, romping and swimming. Or we might do other leashed hikes in the area as well, like Forest park. I typically take a pack stuffed with treats, water, a bowl and a good ole chuck-it ball if your dog is into that. My car very safe and can comfortably fit dogs of all sizes.

I have a pretty flexible schedule right now but mostly looking to help out with morning/evening drop-in visits or overnight stays. Can help out with the occasional mid-day check-ins.
