Pet care experience
Between joining Rover in 2017 and growing up with dogs, my husband Will and I have grown accustomed to having a little furry friend around. We found a number of repeat clients that we absolutely LOVED watching when we lived in Washington DC, and we are hoping to find some repeat clients in Columbus! We've watched dogs of all ages, sizes, and have experience administering medication as well. I do have a 2.5 year old son and a 5 month old daughter. My son adores dogs, and my daughter just enjoys watching her big brother run around and do all the things! We want to be sure your dog is 100% comfortable with young children and everything that may come with that. 🙂

Alissa & Will has been sooooo amazing with my dog, Buckeye. I was nervous that it wasn't going to work out but Buckeye has been with them 2 times for daycare and she has sent pics and updates and by the 2nd time with them he loves it there. They treat him like he is part of their family ❤. I am going out of town next week and I will be boarding Buckeye with them for a few days and I am confident he will be in good hands. Thank you Alissa & Will. 😊
Alissa and Will took really good care of Roxi and shared pics and the routine on a daily basis. Roxi has enjoyed her stay and didn’t see her depressed or sad when we picked her up.
Alissa & Will were fantastic! Took amazing care of our three dogs, left the house in great condition, sent lots of pictures, and were amazingly communicative. Will definitely work with them again!
As always, Alissa and Will were flexible, accommodating and wonderful! We had some key issues with our new apartment and they kept us posted and were patient. Marley is always so excited to see them and she stays attached to Alissa the whole time they watch her! I would definitely recommend Alissa and Will for your fur child 😊

We live in Columbus, so as I'm sure you know it's very walkable. We currently live in a 4 bed/3 bath duplex so with a backyard. We want your pet to settle in comfortably and enjoy their time in our home.

We would like to get an idea of the kind of personality the dog has. If they are energetic and love to play and go for walks, or if they are more shy/laid back and would prefer to snuggle up on the couch for a Netflix TV/Movie marathon. The most important thing we need to know is if your dog gets along with children. Obviously, my son is still very young and isn’t exposed to dogs very often so he's not perfect. But I am very diligent and quick to correct behavior when needed with him. I just want to be sure your pup will be comfortable with us, and that my son will also be okay.
A typical day
Literally anything and everything indoors and outdoors. Weather permitting: going for walks along the Scioto, taking trips to the park with my son, etc. Whatever they enjoy!!

Availability
My husband and I run our own small business so one of us is always home (mainly me)! I have a second job that is entirely remote, that has an extremely flexible schedule. My son and daughter are home full time with us as well.
