Pet care experience
I have a full time virtual job so I can be flexible during the day with walks and potty breaks. I grew up on a small farm with many dogs, cats, chickens, geese, and goats so I know how to properly take care of animals of all shapes and sizes with ease and great care. On top of that, I am trying to make extra money (we all know NY is expensive) hence why I joined the app so I can combine my passion for animals with my desire to earn extra mone. I look forward to taking care of your pet!

I would highly recommend Alissa. She is a great sitter and took a great care of my two dogs. She is reliable, attentive and friendly. She was available on short notice, responded right away and it was a pleasure to interact with her. Dogs looked very happy and she was sending me pictures while they stayed at her place. I could tell they had a great time and she took a great care. It was my first time hiring Alissa and I am so glad I found her. Now I know who to call if I am out of town and need a good dog sitter. Alissa has dogsat my Wheaton Terrier, Dublin, many times—each time I am relieved by the respect she has for Dublin. Alissa and I have mutual friends. When I first got Dublin, I asked my friends if they know anyone who would be good to take care of him. I don’t have many good friends, so Dublin is an extremely important part of my life. Here I met Alissa, and I have never been disappointed. Alissa takes Dublin on walks around town, plays with him, and even helps me teach him tricks. Beyond this, Alissa has now even became a friend of mine; we will all go grab beers at the Terrace, enjoy barbecues, and share photos of Dublin together. I am lucky to have discovered such a dependable, adaptable, and trustworthy person.

I live in a decently spacious 2 bedroom apt so if I board them at my house they have room to roam! If I come to your house I am respectable and clean and you can always FaceTime me to meet beforehand so it feels safer and more personable!

A typical day
A favorite route for me is alongside central park. On top of that, dog parks, nice belly rubs/scratches while we are hanging in the apartment, and maybe playtime with other animals if permitted.
