Although I hired Alisa to house sit and stay with my young dog, I could see when I checked on my home security system that over the first 2 days she was simply running in and out 3 times per day. During the 2 days I reviewed the shortest stay was 4 minutes and the longest stay was 11 minutes. She did not stay during the night, which I believed was a given for a house sitter. When I contacted her to let her know that I decided to get a different sitter because she wasn't giving attention to my dog she responded back that she was doing what she typically does, and if I wanted her to spend more time with the dog I should let her know. If you think a 4 minute visit with your dog is good enough to feed, water, let them go to the bathroom, and get some human contact, then I guess Alisa could be ok. That is absolutely not acceptable to me.
Alisa is a thoughtful, reliable caregiver for pets. We trust her with our dogs, who can be nervous with strangers and require special care. We recommend her for pets of all ages!

I will gladly take care of all breeds of dogs - over the years, I've personally owned Golden Retreivers, a Shih Tzu, and various Labradors. My care has included senior dogs as well as those with special medical needs. I like to get to know a dog's favorite activities, any special needs, and friendliness with other dogs.
A typical day
I love walking dogs around the parks in Seattle, Mercer Island, and Bellevue - some favorites include Luther Burbank and Volunteer Park. For larger dogs, we'll also go for jobs around the neighborhood. Smaller pups will enjoy walks around the block to get some fresh Northwest air. Our daily agenda will include outdoor activities and relaxation time at home. Since I work in an office during the week, I can stay overnight in your home, or drop by a few times a day for a walk, meal, or just to hang out.
