Pet care experience
I am an experienced dog walker with 14 years experience and now 6 years pet sitting with Rover. I have also spent some time working at Planet Rehab, a habitat/rescue center for exotic and endangered animal species. I have a Chihuahua Husky mix of my own named Penny. She has a lot of anxiety, and I am very comfortable working with dogs with behavioral challenges. During my time at Rover, I have worked with all shapes and sizes, from Chihuahuas to Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and everything in between! Don’t fret if your dog has anxiety with new people- I'll win them over! I am a law student, so I have a lot of time to hang out with your dog while I study! Let me know if you would like to book weekly ! In the client’s home, I will follow your instructions to a T. I will also be sure to greet the dog as I arrive and only go in the areas of the home that are necessary for accessing the dog and walking supplies.

Dogs had another good week with Alisa. They are very comfortable with her. She is quite good with them and that makes our travels better for us. She also did a nice job taking care of the house.
We had Alissa do drop-in visits to give our dogs medicine and feed them in the evenings. She was reliable and responsible. She sent us photos at each visit, and the dogs were calm and happy with her. It was our first time using Rover, and we now recommend it to friends and family.
Our dogs were well cared for by Alisa. They seemed to enjoy her. She communicated sufficiently with us. Dogs were happy; we were also.

I would like to know your dog(s)' breed, age, temperament, schedule, and any weird quirks. I am comfortable with pets of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels, from the most lethargic to the most hyper. However, I am uncomfortable taking care of dogs who exhibit particularly aggressive behaviors.* *No Pit bulls or Rottweilers. If your dog is a German Shepherd, he/she MUST be friendly.
A typical day
Walks can be as long as the owner desires, and I can also run with the dog if they need to get out some extra energy! I will do everything in my power to ensure that your dog is safe and secure throughout the duration of the walk, making sure that all gates and exits are properly closed and that they always wear their collar and tags, especially on walks! While I'm your Rover sitter, you can ensure that your dogs will be treated like royalty!

I’m currently in law school, so I have many hours to walk or watch your pet aside from my class schedule. I am also available on weekends.
