Pet care experience
I have had dogs all of my life and love to take care of them. To me dogs are like family which means they get the same high quality care that any other person would receive from me. I believe that dog's have an inherent ability to be there for us no matter what we are going through and that unconditional love can help us through the worst of times and enhance the best of times. As such I love connecting with dogs providing the love, care, and tons of play time they deserve for all that they give back to us in our lives. I also have been told I have the qualities of a a dog whisperer and can connect with almost any dog I meet.

Alisa is like the "pet whisperer". She has a real knack and ability to connect with the animals she takes care of. They love her, and she loves them. She takes time to play with them several times throughout the day, takes them on walks, is a a genuine caregiver. She has so much fun with the animals, and they have fun with her too. I have never seen a dog not respond well to her. She has great confidence and care in the animals. She also is a great pet/house sitter. She respects your property, and leaves your home cleaner than when she got there. No need to worry about whether she is taking care of your home, and pets. She is very conscientious. I highly recommend Alisa!

I like to know general information about a dog's personality (i.e are they good around other dogs, do they need any special treats or toys, etc.). If you have any special commands that you use that you want me to use while you are away. If you have any special routines like treats after walks or before you leave the house, etc. so that I can maintain the same routine for the dog. I do not have any breed preferences. I love all dogs, though I have to admit I'm a sucker for large dogs like Labs or Siberian Huskies.
A typical day
When staying with me your dog can expect long walks either around your neighborhood or out on hikes around the Boulder County area (if they are not dog aggressive). You dog can also expect to be spoiled with treats, love and attention, and plenty of play time.
