Awesome first experience using the rover app

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had picked Alicia based on our conversation, she was the better fit for our family. She confirmed the days I needed a sitter would work. I had booked well in advance. I confirmed again with her 4 days prior to the drop off day and time as agreed to. There was no indication of any problems arising and she was looking forward to caring for my pets. Come drop off day I reached out to her and there was no answer. I was suppose to drop them off at 5pm cause I was leaving the next morning at 330am. I called multiple times, texted multiple times but she completely ignored my attempts for communication. She then canceled the reservation without speaking to me 2 hours AFTER the drop off time. Leaving me to scramble to find a new sitter on such short notice, if I did not find one I would have had to miss my flight where I paid thousands for and cancel my pre-planned trip! In total I would have been out roughly 10k. The fact that she didnt care about what she was putting me through nor could she reach out and speak to me like a professional, is the most infuriating part of this ordeal. She is careless about her clients and the stress she causes onto them, she's unprofessional and unreliable. I would never recommend anyone to her, my only recommendation for Alicia.R is that anyone and everyone stay FAR AWAR from her.
