Alicia pays attention to details, she takes the time to listen to specific instructions that would be important to meet the needs of your pet. The customer service she provides is outstanding, she goes above and beyond what was expected when providing care for the four legged (dog) human family member at our house. Alicia is awesome because she was creative when making play time fun, she demonstrated her enthusiasm by filming (with permission) some of the activities that proved to be successful when engaging creating a trusting bond that we will continue to utilize.
