Pet care experience
My husband and I have been dog owners since we were children and have one amazing dog of our own (a border aussie mix). We have done Rover for many years, both on the hosting and boarding sides. We own our home and have plenty of space and time to help out our local community with their dog sitting needs! We are huge dog lovers and work from home. We have three bedrooms and extra crates for the dogs if it is needed. We have experience administering medications to dogs and cats and love going on long walks! We live near a couple parks in Lacey and the dog park and would be happy to take them out if that is requested. We love walks and runs! We promise to take great care of your doggies!

Alicia was so helpful and flexible when covid lengthened the time we needed care for Raven.
Alicia's house was a great place for Raven to gain valuable social skills, as a single, pandemic pup. Her dogs were very welcoming to the outsider. She also took Raven to a walking/running group, which gave her valuable exposure to more dogs and to runners, which usually trigger her. I felt very comfortable leaving Raven with Alicia and her husband, and she was relaxed and happy when I retrieved her after the long weekend. We will be back!
